What is eating Raw all about?

It's eating raw and living foods such as fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains - all uncooked. Raw foodists believe that cooking anything over 118 degrees destroys essential food enzymes needed for proper digestion. Enzymes are the life force of our food. They keep our skin, tissues, cells and body functioning healthy and correctly. Enzymes are the anti-aging of our bodies! When you eat raw, your body quickly and efficiently uses enzymes to carry all the vitamins from the foods you eat to where they need to go. Maybe you've been eating raw a while but just need some help and self-confidence in learning how to prepare delicious dishes. We can show you how easy and simple it is to make raw, scrumptious meals that will knock your socks off!

We'll show you how to simply and easily prepare delicious gourmet raw food meals and then you'll get to eat them!

In this comprehensive course you'll learn:

> How to stock your kitchen and pantry
> How to set up your environment for easy raw food preparation

Are you, or maybe you and a few friends, interested in having us come to your home for a personal Chef Certification Course? We'd love to! Whether it's just for you, or you and a group of friends, we've created this course for the person who'd like to have us come to their own home. We'll show you exactly how to set up your own kitchen for the optimal raw food lifestyle.   

You'll purchase the food for this class and you'll get to taste and keep all the meals we prepare.  This is a great way to stock your kitchen in preparation for the raw food lifestyle!  We'll provide you with a list of groceries to buy, including where to shop for them, to have ready for class day. If you prefer us to shop for the groceries and bring them with us, we just ask that you reimburse us for the food cost per the grocery receipt.  

We'll take a look at your kitchen, including your equipment and utensils, and show you how to set up your environment for an easy raw food lifestyle. With the food you've purchased, you'll learn how to make scrumptious gourmet raw food  meals easily and simply.

"Chris looks so good, his skin looks so youthful. He has really trimmed up in a healthy looking manner. Chris had made wonderful raw food dishes and brought to share with our weight loss group seminar at CenterPoint one night.  

The presentation of the food was awesome. Beautiful in its presentation. It looked like it belonged in a very exclusive restaurant. And, I have to admit, I was worried that it was going to be an experience like when you learn there is no Santa Claus. I was so afraid that the RAW would not taste good and that it would be a major disappointment.  WELL, ALL OF IT WAS TOTALLY DELICIOUS. NOT JUST GOOD, IT WAS BEYOND EARTHLY DESCRIPTION. NO WAY TO GIVE IT CREDIT BY USING EARTHLY WORDS. What did we have? A beautiful dip that was made with an onion taste that Chris said was made by using nuts. Ed said, "I recognize that this is sour cream and onion." Chris said, "No, no dairy is used. It has nuts as the major ingredient." It was so delicious and he had made it look beautiful by garnishing  it with scallion tops cut in streamers like a maypole.

The flaxseed crackers had colorful peppers in the batter and it made a wonderful taste and presentation to go with the dip. Delicious. I used to say, "I will know I am in Heaven when I am presented with chocolate and am told that it is healthy for me" and it is healthy! The other two dishes met my criteria for Heaven. One was an almond/chocolate swirl that was beautiful and wonderful to eat, moist with some nuts that you could taste with a chocolate taste blended with almonds. Heaven. Then, the star of the night, a chocolate that was cut like sushi and was a chocolate mint. Both of the chocolate dishes were very moist, creamy, delicious and beautiful. It was just like being in Heaven with an angel delivery.
 
The people who attended were lucky...and I noticed they moved from skeptics about raw...to intellectualizers....to totally interested.

P. S.  I am not exaggerating one bit. I had been very fearful that we were all looking for "pie in the sky" and that raw would not really be tasty.
