such as fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains - all uncooked. Cooking
foods over
118 degrees destroys essential food enzymes needed for proper digestion. Enzymes
are the life force of our food. They keep our skin, tissues, cells and body
functioning healthy and correctly. Enzymes are the anti-aging of our bodies!
When you eat raw, your body quickly and efficiently uses enzymes to carry all

and then you'll get to eat them!

"Chris looks so good, his skin looks so youthful. He has really trimmed up in a healthy looking manner. Chris had made wonderful raw food dishes and brought to share with our weight loss group seminar at CenterPoint one night.
The presentation of the food was awesome. Beautiful in its presentation. It
looked like it belonged in a very exclusive restaurant. And, I have to admit, I
was worried that it was going to be an experience like when you learn there is
no Santa Claus. I was so afraid that the RAW would not taste good and that it
would be a major disappointment. WELL, ALL OF IT WAS TOTALLY DELICIOUS. NOT
JUST GOOD, IT WAS BEYOND EARTHLY DESCRIPTION.
The flaxseed crackers had colorful peppers in the batter and it made a wonderful
taste and presentation to go with the dip. Delicious. I used to say, "I will
know I am in Heaven when I am presented with chocolate and am told that it is
healthy for me" and it is healthy! The other two dishes met my criteria for
Heaven. One was an almond/chocolate swirl that was beautiful and wonderful to
eat, moist with some nuts that you could taste with a chocolate taste blended
with almonds. Heaven. Then, the star of the night, a chocolate that was cut like
sushi and was a chocolate mint. Both of the chocolate dishes were very moist,
creamy, delicious and beautiful. It was just like being in Heaven with an angel
delivery.
The people who attended were lucky...and I noticed they moved from skeptics
about raw...to intellectualizers.

P. S. I am not exaggerating one bit. I had been very fearful that we were all looking for "pie in the sky" and that raw would not really be tasty.
