Many people today believe in reincarnation and the theory that our souls are
reborn many times and in many different bodies. We are made of energy which
cannot be destroyed and never dies. We return to live many lifetimes over and
over.
What is a past life regression? It involves going into a light trance state where one can travel back in time to discover the root of skills, relationships, problems or blocks in former lifetimes.
Past life regression offers us a way to look at those past lives and gain insight about why we may behave the way we do today in this lifetime. By examining our past lives we can receive guidance, answers and assurance. We can also bring back skills we may have had in past lives!
When issues from past lives have not been resolved, we get to relive those same issues over and over again until we finally "learn the lesson". Wouldn't it be much easier to go back and review a past life much as one would a television show? You could then see all of the ways in which you might improve your decisions or learn from past mistakes. It brings a whole new sense of accomplishment and release to finally understand those fears or ideas that are plaguing you now and to know that you can break that cycle. Learn the lesson and move on!
The patterns we carry in our energy fields from former lifetimes are as varied as the people who've lived them. Once we find the causes for the way we behave today or the relationships we are experiencing, we can begin to heal through understanding, forgiveness and love.

Sometimes people may feel they are simply "making up" the images they are seeing or feeling. It's wise to expect this and just let it flow, regardless. Many times what we are experiencing is an intuitive knowingness from the inner mind based in truth.

How many sessions will you need? That depends on what you are looking for. All of us have lived hundreds or maybe even thousands of lives. You don't have to look at all of them to learn what you need to know. Your major life lessons tend to repeat many times over. Taking the time to look at a few lifetimes can be a very illuminating and relevant experience to what is happening in your lifetime now. And we believe the "Higher Self" automatically knows which lives we need to go back and examine. Regression always happens in a natural and the most healing way - in exactly the way we need.
